ACFW Thank You For Bringing Great People Together Creating True Art. Lovies God And Life:):):))))) (Model Antoinette Roberts)
"I have heard that it has been successful, and I think that's fantastic. I wish the producer of the event much success, and I hope it does continue to grow," Jeff Vasser (president of the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority) said. "I think the value to Atlantic City is it's another tool in our tool kit to reach out to a different consumer to say, 'We have different things going on,' and it fits into our 'Do AC' moniker of whatever it is you want to do, you can find it here, and if someone wants to do fashion, they can find it here."
After an exciting season, AC’s Fall Fashion Week has come to an end. Atlantic City is known for plenty of attractions and when it comes to fashion, you can bet these were some of the finest that Fashion Week had to offer.
The energy and hype were contagious during Fashion Week in AC, as the ambiance of the new venue complimented the high fashion pieces being shown off each night. A huge runway directly overlooked a brightly lit fountain as models strutted down the catwalk. This season, we saw plenty of south Asian inspired pieces shedding light on Indian and Pakistani designers among others.
But with so many designers to choose from, surely there were some favorites from the week.
“Oh, goodness. Picking a favorite designer is like a picking favorite child,” joked AC Fashion Week co-founder Lamont Bowling.
Fashion Week in Atlantic City will return in February 2014.
