Vendor Tables

There is a $150.00 fee to rent a table at the event . The money will go directly to the Breast Cancer event. Whatever you sell or develop at your table is yours.

Your table will be approximately 3 ft x 6ft. The vendor table will be set up in the lobby area of the Rutgers Student Center, 84 Joyce Kilmer Avenue, Piscataway, N.J . 

You can arrive at the Student Center by 5:00 PM to set up through the main doors and check in at the registration desk. The vendor tables will be open at 5:30 PM.

 All vendors must exit the Rutgers Student Center by 8:45 PM. The event will begin at 6:00 PM and the tables can stay open until 8:45 PM. That is up to you. Your name will be on your table to start setting up. You can stay open as long as you like through the event.

Your company will be displayed in the event program as part of the Vendor Directory. We anticipate over 450 guests and staff.
